WaveSPAN Communications, Inc. provides wireless internet access and related communications services to residential and business customers in Western Massachusetts.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to spamming, hacking, and distributing illegal content.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due by the date specified on your monthly invoice. Late payments may result in service interruption. You may pay your bill online at any time through our secure payment portal.

5. Service Availability

While we strive for 99%+ uptime, WaveSPAN does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
